Shipping & Return Policy

At Work Fashionista, the return policy lasts 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days so we can arrange a return and refund.

We don’t ask you questions for a refund and this applies all the more to our loyal clients. Yes, but you have to abide by a few key principles of returns.


Within 15 to 50 days of placing your order, it will be mailed to you. Once it has been dispatched, you will receive an email with details about your order.

Please email us using the customer contact form within 24 hours of receiving the goods if you have any queries or concerns regarding your order (s).

Requirements For Returns

The item must only be in the same condition as when it was first purchased. It cannot be worn, used, or altered in any way. You must return it along with:

  • The original container and tags
  • Proof of purchases
  • The invoice

In Case Of Damages

Please let us know if you’re unhappy with the product as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, has a problem, or you received the wrong goods, kindly get in touch with us immediately away.

We’ll check it out straight away and take all necessary steps to make it right.

Exchange If Required

The simplest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you currently own and then buy the desired item when the return has been approved.


Several products, including personal care items, cannot be returned, including customized items and bespoke goods (like special orders) (things like lingerie and personal items)

Hazardous materials, volatile liquids, and gases cannot be brought back to us. Please get in touch if you have questions or issues about a specific item.

Gift cards and anything that are discounted or on sale are regrettably not returnable.

Please Remember For Refunds

We’ll inform you immediately if your refund was accepted when we’ve received and reviewed your return. If it is accepted, a refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment.

Please be advised that your bank or credit card provider may need more time to process and deposit the refund.
