The insect dyeing of X, the number of which is in the single digit, should be another story. Let’s just look at our blue and black.
First of all, it can be confirmed that this fabric (warp and weft bamboo knot yarn-dyed plain fabric) is completed by yarn-dyed. Nakamura completed it by weaving yarn-dyed by ancient method. The pattern was precisely calculated and then manually laid out, and then completed by hand on the ancient loom. We tried to use the method of segment-dyed yarn to piece together the pattern, but the control of segment-dyed yarn was not precise. After the pattern was assembled on the hand-loom to one or two meters, the pattern began to become chaotic. After many unsuccessful attempts to proof, we had to adjust our thinking
After the adjustment, we first used yarn-dyed custom fabrics. Like YB, the yarn colors in the warp and weft directions are different, and it must be completed by yarn-dyed. After the color-dyed fabric is made, the pattern is drawn using the discharge printing process. Discharge printing requires discharge dyeing, so it is necessary to use discharge dyes in the early stage of dyeing, and then the discharge color can be completed later. After the discharge printing is completed, the bottom is also transparent, and both sides look basically the same. The newly produced fabric will look relatively new. After the sewing is completed, there is still garment washing, and the effect is basically the same.
